Mandatory Disclosure Statement – Costs and Limitations:

 

The base Rhinogram certified solution consists of two-way communication between providers and their patients. The base product is available to new customers through a one-time upfront fee that includes training & implementation service fees. An elective, one-time upfront fee for an EHR/EDR integration can also be added at the time of purchase. All Rhinogram customers are considered cloud-based customers and will pay a monthly service fee that is based on the number of providers, locations and/or phone lines within the organization. Existing Rhinogram, LLC customers will receive new versions of the Rhinogram base product at no additional charge.
