As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help drive innovation and build cutting-edge solutions for healthcare communication.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership across the full stack, building scalable backend services and modern frontend applications. You will collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to drive innovation, optimize performance, and ensure secure, scalable deployments on AWS.

Responsibilities

Engineering & Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Node.js and Python
     

  • Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.
     

  • Develop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services including ECS, Docker, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
     

  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using SAM/CDK to automate deployments and manage cloud resources.
     

  • Identify and resolve system performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal responsiveness and reliability.
     

  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and system stability.
     

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices across cloud, backend, and frontend development.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with local and remote developers in an agile environment.
     

  • Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement with the team.
     

  • Quickly communicate any blockers, risks, or dependencies impacting project timelines.
     

  • Collaborate with product teams to align development work with system operations and business goals.

System & Product Management

  • Assist in prioritizing product features, releases, and patches.
     

  • Ensure system uptime, security, and robustness through proactive monitoring and cloud best practices.
     

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding access for development-related systems and environments.
     

  • Act as a technical point of contact for external vendors and system integrations.

Qualifications

Experience:

​

  • 5–7 years of professional software development experience with a focus on scalable full-stack applications.

​

Technical Skills:

​

  • Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
     

  • Proficiency in Python for backend and serverless development.
     

  • Expertise with React.js and modern frontend development practices.
     

  • Deep experience working with AWS services: ECS, Docker, Lambda, CloudFormation.
     

  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
     

  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
     

  • Strong understanding of cloud security and application scalability.
     

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
     

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
     

  • Passion for building scalable, secure, and user-focused applications.
