Utilize smart, targeted qualification questions to speak knowledgeably with key contacts, decision-makers within Optometry, Chiropractic, Veterinarian, and Dental fields, identifying potential sales opportunities. Become an expert on Rhinogram’s telehealth platform, being able to deliver compelling demos virtually as well as in-person at various tradeshow and conferences. Understand and capture prospect’s challenges/needs and effectively communicate Rhinogram’s value in solving those challenges. Quickly create quotes for prospects and close deals in a timely manner. Document and log all activities in Hubspot CRM. Location: Charleston, SC Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer at Rhinogram, you’ll help us create high-impact applications that are consumer and patient facing. You will work in emerging and traditional technologies such as: Node.js, React, SQL/NoSQL, Express, OAuth, JWT, AWS, JSON, Docker, and more. What you will be doing: You will contribute to the full product life-cycle (inception through deprecation) to create highly scalable and flexible software in the form of frontend or backend services to enable the Rhinogram Platform Ecosystem. This includes actively participating in designing, developing, reviewing, testing and deploying (including supporting infrastructure) to build out and maintain the platform. Working in an agile environment, you will collaborate with other Engineers, Creative/UX designers, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Business Analysts and Architects. West Coast - Customer Support Representative


Job Summary: Are you ready for a fun and rewarding job that utilizes your problem-solving skills in a challenging and fast-paced environment? We are looking for a talented customer success representative to join our dedicated team and provide the exceptional customer service that is the foundation of our company. Your primary job will be answering calls or text messages from our end users about potential problems while using the software, and then documenting steps to reproduce found during testing. What you’ll be doing

  • Primarily Answering calls, texts and emails from our end users ranging from educational topics to troubleshooting potential problems
  • Providing on-call support on a scheduled basis after hours and on weekends
  • Hours for the position 8am PST - 5pm PST
  • Document interactions with users in a clear and detailed manner through CRM/Ticketing system
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and

  • Champion value added projects/other related assignments as requested
  • Create and update implementation and training materials for existing features and for new feature releases
  • Recognize and Alert Customer Success Director to trends impacting business performance or impacting revenue
  • Occasionally present Success, Training and Implementation metrics in a monthly Town Hall meeting for all internal employees

Implementation & Training Specialist


Job Summary The Implementation and training specialist will report to the Director of Customer Success, conduct implementation and training activities, and be dedicated to assisting providers in the adoption of the Rhinogram product and services. We are looking for a talented implementation and training specialist to join our dedicated team and deliver exceptional customer service that is the foundation of our company. You will be providing support for new customers during the onboarding process while also educating existing customers on best practices. This will include evaluating their unique needs, developing configurations that support their workflow and successfully educating the customer through multiple onboarding training sessions. Position can be remote based; must live near a major airport Hours range from 8am-6pm EST with occasional flex hours to accommodate certain provider schedules. What you’ll be doing

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Document interactions with users in a clear and detailed manner through CRM/Ticketing system
  • Advocate for existing and new customers as the “Voice of the
  • Customer” (VOC) in an effort to improve service and product
  • Configure new customer accounts
  • Manage the entire implementation process from launch to live using established SOP’s including kick off, configurations, integrations, training, validation, to live
  • Escalate customer needs when applicable
  • Articulate implementation steps and workflow needs clearly with hospital executives and senior leaders

Objectives of this Role

  • Represent Rhinogram’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
  • Identify best practices to refine the Rhinograms’s lead generation playbook
  • Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Utilize HubSpot, Outplay, cold calling, LinkedIn and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up qualified meetings between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Report to Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Required Skills and Qualifications
  •  Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  •  2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  •  Strong communication skills via phone and email
  •  Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  •  Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
