Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities
  • Conduct proactive outreach using phone, email, and social media by applying a multi-touch process using a best-practice cadence to connect with new prospects and grow your sales funnel.
  • Responsible for self-generated opportunities as well as following up on marketing generated leads.
  • Make 50-75 outbound prospecting calls on a daily basis to find opportunities and qualify prospects.
  • Utilize smart, targeted qualification questions to speak knowledgeably with key contacts, decision-makers within Optometry, Chiropractic, Veterinarian, and Dental fields, identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Become an expert on Rhinogram’s telehealth platform, being able to deliver compelling demos virtually as well as in-person at various tradeshow and conferences.
  • Understand and capture prospect’s challenges/needs and effectively communicate Rhinogram’s value in solving those challenges.
  • Quickly create quotes for prospects and close deals in a timely manner.
  • Document and log all activities in Hubspot CRM.

Senior Software Engineer


Location: Charleston, SC or Remote Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer at Rhinogram, you’ll help us create high-impact applications that are consumer and patient facing. You will work in emerging and traditional technologies such as: Node.js, React, SQL/NoSQL, Express, OAuth, JWT, AWS, JSON, Docker, and more. What you will be doing: You will contribute to the full product life-cycle (inception through deprecation) to create highly scalable and flexible software in the form of frontend or backend services to enable the Rhinogram Platform Ecosystem. This includes actively participating in designing, developing, reviewing, testing and deploying (including supporting infrastructure) to build out and maintain the platform. Working in an agile environment, you will collaborate with other Engineers, Creative/UX designers, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Business Analysts and Architects. We’d like to speak to you if: You have vast experience with Node.js, React (or similar FE framework). You have architected and delivered secure REST APIs. You have a complete understanding of relational and NoSQL database principles. You are experienced in writing tests against your code using a framework such as Jest. Implementation & Training Specialist


Job Summary The Implementation and training specialist will report to the Director of Customer Success, conduct implementation and training activities, and be dedicated to assisting providers in the adoption of the Rhinogram product and services. We are looking for a talented implementation and training specialist to join our dedicated team and deliver exceptional customer service that is the foundation of our company. You will be providing support for new customers during the onboarding process while also educating existing customers on best practices. This will include evaluating their unique needs, developing configurations that support their workflow and successfully educating the customer through multiple onboarding training sessions. Position can be remote based; must live near a major airport Hours range from 8am-6pm EST with occasional flex hours to accommodate certain provider schedules. What you’ll be doing

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Document interactions with users in a clear and detailed manner through CRM/Ticketing system
  • Advocate for existing and new customers as the “Voice of the
  • Customer” (VOC) in an effort to improve service and product
  • Configure new customer accounts
  • Manage the entire implementation process from launch to live using established SOP’s including kick off, configurations, integrations, training, validation, to live
  • Escalate customer needs when applicable
  • Articulate implementation steps and workflow needs clearly with hospital executives and senior leaders
  • Educate customers on proper ways to Market Rhinogram for optimal success

  • Present Training and Implementation metrics in a monthly Town Hall meeting for all internal employees, when applicable
  • Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers successfully take advantage of everything the product has to offer
  • Create and update implementation and training materials for existing features and for new feature release

Senior DevOps Engineer


Rhinogram is actively seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in the Charleston, SC Market or Remote. Rhinogram is a rapidly growing healthcare IT company focused on delivering a world class communication platform to health care clients across the nation. Overview: As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Rhinogram, you’ll help us support the AWS cloud based infrastructure that runs consumer and patient facing high-impact applications. Our development stack is primarily react, node, mysql, mongodb, elasticsearch among others, and is hosted in AWS. What you will be doing:

  • Work closely with the engineering team to architect and develop cloud infrastructure within AWS, MongoDB Atlas, Elasticsearch, and Auth0
  • Lead a small DevOps team in an agile/kanban environment while helping to drive the DevOps roadmap
  • Solve business and integrations problems with an expertise knowledge of cloud computing and automation
  • Manage monitoring and alerting of the Rhinogram platform to assist technical support.
  • Respond as primary resource to alerts, communicate issues as appropriate internally
  • Build tools and infrastructure to improve the happiness and productivity of your fellow engineers
  • Maintain and improve existing infrastructure (build out autoscaling, support new services)
  • Enforce best practices for security and reliability. Advance security initiatives, like access control and vulnerability testing
  • Ensure all cloud infrastructure is HIPAA compliant
  • Rotate with other DevOps engineer(s) on support for bimonthly releases in a zero-downtime environment
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, such as server load and resource usage
  • Maintain and improve existing build and deployment processes (experience with CI / CD tools)
  • Troubleshoot and address infrastructure issues\
  • Maintain and document all cloud infrastructure as code to allow for replication, disaster recovery, and scale

This person will own the commercialization process from concept to GA while ensuring all departments are fully enabled. We would like to speak to you if you:

Objectives of this Role:
