Dr. Dressler has more than 35 years experience in private orthodontic practice. He currently serves on the advisory board of the American Teledentistry Association. He is also an avid entrepreneur. In 2000, Dr. Dressler co-founded OrthoBanc, LLC a cloud-based automated accounts receivable platform, currently serving over 4,000 healthcare providers and is doing more than 450 million dollars in sales annually. OrthoBanc made the Inc. 500/5000 list five-years in a row for being among the fastest growing private companies in the U.S. In 1998, Dr. Dressler co-founded Elite Physician Services, a national healthcare patient finance company. As CEO and chairman, Dr. Dressler grew the business to 200 million in sales before it became the Citi Health Card in 2003.

Kathy is a healthcare industry veteran with over 27 years of experience. She has held roles in sales, marketing leadership, executive level portfolio ownership, with M&A responsibilities at companies such as GE Medical Systems, McKesson, Siemens Medical, Carestream Dental, and NantHealth. Kathy has led the ideation and commercialization of over 100 clinically impactful solutions, and is most proud of building patient engagement solutions in early startups. Becker's Hospital Review selected Kathy for its 102 Women in Health IT to know for 2019.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Shannon is a seasoned leader with over 20 years' experience in healthcare technology. He brings with him a deep knowledge of software as a service, secure and scalable platforms, service-oriented architectures, distributed computing, technology evaluation, and product engineering and operations. Shannon has held leadership roles at multiple healthcare technology organizations such as NantHealth, iSirona, Inventrio, and the Software Research Institute in the Center of IT Innovations in Health Care at the Ohio State University.
Wayne has over 30 years in corporate management and human resources, including thirteen years with Fruit of the Loom and Dupont. The last 18 years he has found his niche as an executive in successful large-scale startups. Throughout his executive career, he has helped build organizations as diverse as Well Bred Boxer, a specialty clothing manufacturer, and Elite Physician Services, a financial services company for the medical industry.
