Rhinogram is a rapidly-growing telehealth company looking to expand our customer base. We are expanding quickly and signing new customers ranging from small businesses to enterprise clients, and we are looking for an ambitious inside sales professional.
We are seeking a highly intelligent, consultative Inside Sales Executive who understands the art of listening to and solving customers’ problems. This role is selling Rhinogram’s telehealth solution to small and mid-sized organizations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
You manage the entire sales cycle. Your responsibility is to seek out and speak to leads, quickly understand their needs, qualify opportunities, deliver a compelling product demonstration, qualify out when necessary, deliver proposals, and close the deal.

Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach using phone, email, and social media by applying a multi-touch process using a best-practice cadence to connect with new prospects and grow your sales funnel.
- Responsible for self-generated opportunities as well as following up on marketing generated leads.
- Make 50-75 outbound prospecting calls on a daily basis to find opportunities and qualify prospects.
- Utilize smart, targeted qualification questions to speak knowledgeably with key contacts, decision-makers within Optometry, Chiropractic, Veterinarian, and Dental fields, identifying potential sales opportunities.
- Become an expert on Rhinogram’s telehealth platform, being able to deliver compelling demos virtually as well as in-person at various tradeshow and conferences.
- Understand and capture prospect’s challenges/needs and effectively communicate Rhinogram’s value in solving those challenges.
- Quickly create quotes for prospects and close deals in a timely manner.
- Document and log all activities in Hubspot CRM.

Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer at Rhinogram, you’ll help us create high-impact applications that are consumer and patient facing. You will work in emerging and traditional technologies such as: Node.js, React, SQL/NoSQL, Express, OAuth, JWT, AWS, JSON, Docker, and more.
What you will be doing:
You will contribute to the full product life-cycle (inception through deprecation) to create highly scalable and flexible software in the form of frontend or backend services to enable the Rhinogram Platform Ecosystem. This includes actively participating in designing, developing, reviewing, testing and deploying (including supporting infrastructure) to build out and maintain the platform. Working in an agile environment, you will collaborate with other Engineers, Creative/UX designers, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Business Analysts and Architects.
We’d like to speak to you if:
- You have vast experience with Node.js, React (or similar FE framework).
- You have architected and delivered secure REST APIs.
- You have a complete understanding of relational and NoSQL database principles.
- You are experienced in writing tests against your code using a framework such as Jest.
- You have a passion for code and love learning new technologies and problem solving.
- You have worked in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
We’d be really impressed if:
- You have an expert understanding of Service-oriented architecture and experience working with microservices.
- You have experience with API security frameworks, token management and user access control including OAuth, JWT, etc.
- You have experience in SaaS based cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- You have experience with message queue systems and background task management.
- You have worked with big data and have experience writing performant and scalable code.
